Workout of the week #2: 50 burpee pull-ups

WOW #2: complete 50 burpee pull-ups as fast as you can

Burpee pull-up form guide:
Stand under a pull-up bar. Drop down onto your hands, jump your feet back until you’re in the top of a press-up position, then jump your feet back to your hands. Now leap up to grab the bar and perform a pull-up. You can use momentum but just make sure your chin gets above the bar on each rep. Use your rest wisely.
