The other day, something happened to Alpha that bothered him so much. In this video men’s style, grooming, fitness, and lifestyle expert, Aaron Marino of IAmAlphaM, AaronMarino, and Pete & Pedro is now venting to you.
Here comes the pitch …
He got an email from a friend the other day who wanted to talk to him about this ‘incredible product’. Basically, when the friend called him up, Alpha was getting pitched a multi-level marketing product.
Multi-level marketing programs been around forever.
They change and morph after taking a lot of money from a lot of good people. They sell you on a dream and an idea — being your own boss and fabulous lifestyles. Alpha got sucked into one when he was home from college. He ended up spending $300 to sell knives. He’s not saying the products are ‘bad’ – it’s about you having to sign people under you to sell the products. It’s a scam. And it sucks because you have to try to sell people you love (friends and family).
The point is that making money is not easy.
These MLM’s are all about the easy money and easy lifestyle. If someone is trying to sell you on this shiny object, it’s B.S.. There’s no such thing as easy money — and they are lying to you. Don’t put yourself in the position where you are selling your friends and family. Do not fall prey to the promise of easy money — you just have to work your ass off to get it.
