In this series documenting two Men’s Fitness staffers on their odyssey to transform their bodies, we join Ped and Nick for the final photoshoot.

Learn how our beginner to weight training, Ped, used exercise to overcame issues in and out of the gym that were threatening to seriously jeopardise his health and happiness.
