The advanced body transformation – Part 5

In this video MF’s Nick looked to smash through his bench press one-rep max. Here’s what you can learn when things don’t quite go to plan.

Nick’s nearing the end of his transformation and is entering his leaning phase. The calories are down but that doesn’t mean the strength and power endurance sessions are getting any lighter because he doesn’t want to lose any of the mass gains he’s made. In this session he takes on a one-rep max bench test. See how he got on and then try his conditioning finisher:
