The advanced body transformation – Part 3

In this video MF’s Nick takes on the 30-minute bench press challenge. He has half an hour to get through as many reps as he can at his comfortable 12-rep max. In this case that is 80kg. It’s a fun (if you’re into that kind of entertainment) to get through a high volume workout and force your muscles to grow. Watch the video to see how he got on – and then see if you can beat him.
