1. Get up early – it’s productivity overload. Aaron gets up at 5:30am.
2. Exercise first thing in the morning
3. Go to bed at a reasonable time – Aaron goes to bed at 10pm. The quality is as important as the time. Alpha goes to bed in the dark, with the temperature cool, with the phone away from the bed, and on a quality mattress.
4. Learn to say no to other people
5. Don’t go out to lunch – work through or exercise
