Ross Pearson is one of the fittest fighters in the UFC’s stacked lightweight division. As well as possessing genuine one-strike KO power, he can keep punching like a pneumatic drill for the entire 15 minutes a three-round UFC fight lasts.

That made him the perfect candidate to take on the Men’s Fitness FitBrit Challenge. See how he got on, then take the challenge for FREE to see how your fitness compares to his. If you don’t have access to a Fitness First and still want to take on the challenge, substitute the kit you don’t have for similar gear you do. In Pearson’s case, he used two bars instead of a viPr and a medicine ball instead of a Steelbell. Doing the thread the needles with the bars is harder so we let him cut out the rotation at the top of the move to better replicate the difficulty of the FitBrit challenge.
