Form Guide:
– Hold a medicine ball between your knees.
– Use an overhand wide grip, cross your legs behind you and hang down without swinging.
– Use your abs to draw your knees up and over to one side.
– Pause for a second at the top of the move, then lower slightly without letting your body swing, alternating sides for each rep.
