Form Guide:
– Hold the kettlebell in one hand and lift your opposite foot off the floor.
– Keeping a natural arch in your back and bending from the hips rather than the waist, lower the kettlebell until you feel a strong stretch in your hamstring.
– Return to the side and repeat on the other side.
