Form Guide:
– Start with your shoulders resting on the ball, your body forming a straight line from head to feet and a dumbbell held at arm’s above your head.
– Twist your torso over to one side until your arms are parallel to the floor.
– Twist back to the opposite side, looking in the direction of the dumbbell.
