Confidence is dependent upon the person and what makes them feel confident. It’s also not a a zero-sum game. You can be confident in certain areas, but you can be insecure and others. In this video men’s style, grooming, fitness and lifestyle expert, Aaron Marino of IAmAlphaM, AaronMarino, and Pete & Pedro is presenting six steps men should take to feel more confident immediately.
How to Feel More Confident TODAY
1. Establish daily goals – start with one goal per day that small and attainable. Each day when the goal is accomplished, your confidence will be boosted.
2. Change your physical appearance – work out, clean out your wardrobe, systematically buy items that make you feel great. When cleaning out your wardrobe, get rid of items that don’t fit or that you don’t like.
3. To increase sexual confidence realize your size is not an issue. You’re the only one worried. However, 52% of men have erectile dysfunction. Erectile dysfunction is when you can’t get it up, you can’t keep it up, and / or you don’t have as much sexual desire. With erectile dysfunction, something physical or emotional is going on to cause it. It affects you … and your partner too. Do something about it.
4. If you’re not feeling good enough socially, detox from social media. You’ll feel incredible when you stop comparing yourself to others.
5. Money can hurt confidence. Update your resume to immediately feel better and feel empowered. Take action and take control. Get the job you deserve.
